A variety of sizes and price ranges all packed with charm. Dreamy mix inspired by the flower farms, and hazy, magical moments in the garden.

2025 Wrap up

Let’s kick this year off right! Come to a group show this Saturday. January 7 at Cat Eye Creative 5-10 p.m. Three new pieces will be in hang in the show along side some incredible artist. Come by and say hi. Perhaps go home with a new painting.

Now for the wrap-up. The end of 2025 was amazing. Thank you to all those that are loving my work.

There was a prompt. “Why this post. Why now.”

I do my best pondering when I am doing something automatic, like brushing teeth, driving the car - you get the picture. Earlier today, I was pondering how best to inform friends and customers about my upcoming show (see bottom of post). What is the simplest way to tell them?

A newsletter seemed to be an effective way to communicate and simultaneously keep a record of who was contacted. And I already had a Substack subscription. It was both a revelation and a no-brainer.

Prompt 2&3. Community and Clarity

To be clear, I am not a writer. I am not here to gab about politics or poetry or the state of AI. I don’t even understand how to use commas correctly. However, I am a visual artist. I am here to inform people of upcoming shows. Perhaps some achievements and new piece that people might be interested in buying. Thats it. Simply put, I am here for commerce.

Prompt 4. Image

I am a visual artist. I won’t have a shortage of beautiful images and I can figure out a subscribe button. Though I might mis-type a word or two or three. Sigh, typing is not a strong skill nor is punctuation as stated previously.

Prompt 5. Ignore the advice.

Ignore everything that doesn’t make you happy.

Ok I lied. I just gave advice. I revise my earlier statement. Adding, there will be a nugget of wisdom here and there. :)

Now for the good stuff!

Tiny Treasures show is up until Dec 22. If you can’t make it I understand. Its a busy time of the year.

But please share with another art lover. Or someone who has blank walls or doesn’t have much wall space left but needs another little piece to complete the room.
